AnswerYes but you have to make sure that the deck is structurally sound before you lay these tiles on top as these tiles will not provide support if the boards on your deck are rotting or failing.

HIgh quality. A little more "plasticy" than I hoped. If you're picky, get a sample first. Easy to assemble. You can cut the tiles perpendicular to the lay of the boards, but if you cut parallel to the boards, you may find yourself with a loose partial board that you have to do some filling and gluing to get it to stay on the tile. Otherwise, no problems. Happy with my purchase and with the service from Home Depot.
