This is my second 6 burner Nexgrill gas grill. I was well pleased with the first one so when I needed to replace it I went with this grill. This grill so far has been everything I expected it to be. The stainless steel looks amazing. The grates are cast iron. The top rack is versatile. It lights up on the first try. Everything I’ve cooked on it has turned out great. I haven’t used the sear grate yet but it will be a great feature. Assembly was super easy with good instructions. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is a 6 burner grill but was sent with a 4 burner cover. I don’t know if that was a mistake or that is what they sent on purpose. Another issue is during shipping the hardware package came open and the bolts were scattered with more than half missing. I had to make a trip to the hardware store and buy bolts. Other than that so far I am well pleased with the looks and operation of this grill.

Eady to use , Game changer
This grill is a game changer. We use it every day instead of cooking indoors. Food just tastes better on the grill. Eady to use and fun too! Love our new grill!

Would not purchase another Nex grill
The most I have spent on a grill. Quality was subpar for the money and the attention to detail was no existent. The screws were throwing into the box and had quite a few missing. The plastic handles were not coated correctly and look like garbage. No response from Nex grill. Next time I’m buying a Weber.

Nice Grill with 5 Year Shelf Life
Getting ready to purchase my 4th 6-Burner Nexgrill. You can get these at Home Depot for $599 on sale. For the price, it's a good grill. Newer models are using a lighter Guage steel. My original Nexgrill lasted 10 years, the last two barely 5 years. My last grill, the flamers rusted out, three igniters failed and bottom started to rust at around 3 years. I contacted Nextgrill and they do offer great customer service and sent out replacement parts. By the 5th year, grill was a rust bucket.

Missing fuel gauge.
There is an insert in the grill that shows what the grill comes with. 1 of them is a fuel gauge. Website says it’s an add on but the grill is clearly supposed to have one with it. I’m assuming the store takes them out puts them on the shelf and wants u to pay for it separately I have not even used it yet. I just purchased this last night 4/5/2023

Completely rusted out in 2 years
Pure junk that looks really nice when it’s brand new. Don’t be fooled into thinking that this is so much cheaper than a Weber that even if you get 5-7 years it’ll be worth it. I had this covered when not in use (In mildSouth Carolina weather), and after just 2 years it is no longer usable. It is about to collapse on itself. No longer safe to use. I had a Weber when I lived in CT (much harsher winters) that lasted over 15 years!
Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Nexgrill.

Stainless steel that stains
So disappointed with this item after only three months the so called l stainless steel became tarnished and rusty. If your looking for a stainless steel grill that looks good and stays that way , I would look elsewhere.

Don't waste your money
Absolute junk! Shame on Home Depot for carrying this product. Grill is less than 2 1/2 years old and has fallen apart internally. Burners and flame arrestors have literally disintegrated as you can see from photo. Warranty for burners are 5 years, everything else, 1 year.
By the time you purchase parts to fix everything, it's just as cheap to go by a new grill. I have owned many gas grills over the last 40 years but none of them lasted less than 5 years like this one.

High price poor quality
Purchased this grill 3 years ago only to have it completely rust out where there was nothing suporting the burners i do not recomend this grill if u plan on long term use
