Poor quality Charcoal BBQ
Very poor quality, but what to expect for this money.
The charcoal tray broke after 3 times used; got it replaced for free though.
Dont see it usable next summer.

Used product delivered and parts missing
Very eagerly opened the grill box and dissatisfied by looking at product which showed clearly it was used before(oily marks) and 4 legs are missing. When i called customercare they are saying it might have been mixed with some other retuned item. They agreed to replace the item but waiting time is 14 days. My daughter was very eager to install grill and was asking everyday on its delivery. Today its so disappointing by this product and we need to wait another 14 days. Worst experience.

Not a happy camper!
I haven’t even gotten to the assembly part yet, still taking everything out of the box. Noticed a piece of it looked as if it had been used already and halfway cleaned off! Tried to ignore it, but then there’s rust on the same piece. So upset.
