Good Size
Easy to assemble, price is ok, works well so far. maybe I’m just overall unhappy with the customer service I received & it’s making this buy bias. Delivery was late, order was botched, customer service was horrible!! the product itself at this point just buy somewhere else!

Not Efficient nor Robust Design.
Grill is good with 6 burners and side burner. 3 major disappoints are 1) Burner cover plates are at an angle sloping up toward the front of grill for some reason. This prevents placing any smoke box under grates. 2) Thermometer mounted in hood reads 250 degrees+ over my Weber iGrill Thermometer laying on actual grill making it essentially useless. 3) No cover panel on back of grill allows wind to get into burners delaying pre-warm up and slowing cooking. Not the most efficient or durable grill.

Grill looks great but it is not useable for the Memorial weekend!
I ordered this grill online and took advantage of the free delivery since it was out of stock locally. I paid extra to have this grill assembled. The third part company that was used to come assemble my grill was a no show and did not return my calls to set up a new appointment. I ended up contacting Home Depot to cancel the service and request a full refund of the assembling service. So i waited until my day off to assemble the grill myself. Assembly was straight forward and easy, but by the time I was done, i noticed i am missing very important parts for this grill. The grill is missing all three cooking grids and all six flame tamers. Yes, without these parts, i am unable to grill anything two days before Memorial day. I contacted Home Depot’s customer service and they said they can only accept returns and send out another grill(Yes, they want me to disassemble the gril, put it back i. the box and ship it back). This purchase has been a complete nightmare. Everything from the poor customer service for the grill assembly service to missing key parts from the grill box. I do question buying another grill from Home Depot ever again. Overall rating will now be based on whether i can get these parts. Hopefully by 4th of July since my Memorial Day weekend is now ruined.

Defective Lids
Bought this last summer. Had to replace lid in September. Nexgrill sent without a logo. Grilled two times this season and the paint is peeling and rusted on the replacement lid. Terrible product and extremely disappointed customer.

Doesn’t get hot enough.
I love the size and probably fell in love with the looks. Unfortunately it’s a gamble when choosing a grill and I think I lost. I shouldn’t have to have all burners on to cook like a steak and 2 thin pork chops but I did when grilling burgers yesterday and they still was no sear. And now today subpar New York steak with zero crust. Perhaps those burner shields are deflecting too much flame. Hopefully Home Depot will take it back and that means lugging this thing back. I really want to love it. Maybe I will give it know more shot.

Hello Ern88, I am sorry you are having issues with searing meat. This grill does not have a sear burner but you should be able to get a crust around a steak.It is possible that your propane tank could have triggered the safety valve on the regulator. Please try a regulator reset to see if it gives you the right pressure. 1. Turn all of the main burner control knobs to the off position.
2. Turn the propane tank gas valve clockwise to the off position.
3. Remove the regulator coupling nut from the propane tank by turning the coupling nut counter-clockwise.
4. Set the regulator, coupling nut, and gas hose aside.
5. Turn all of the burner knobs to the ‘ignite/high’ setting for 15 minutes in order to bleed any gas from the gas line.
6. Turn all of the main burner control knobs to the off position.
7. Re-attach the regulator coupling nut to the propane tank by turning it clockwise. Open the propane tank gas valve slowly by turning it counter-clockwise until it will no longer turn. Should take about 30 seconds to fully open.
8. Ignite the burners in accordance with the instructions in the Owner’s Manual.
