Q:can i use model 530-0040A on my old Weber propane grill for cleaning the grill when it's still hot, the instructions say use only when it's cold. The bruches are blue on this model, so is it a problem if I use hot I always clean it after the food is off

Plastic Bristles on a grill brush are you kidding me? You don't typically feel the need to read disclaimers when reaching for a grill brush. Whoever designed this product belongs in prison. Who knows how much charred polymer I've consumed when this product was used by my immediate family members on a hot grill unbeknownst to me! Easy to mistake the molten polymer from the brush on the grill grates as general grill gunk until you realize it's peculiarly persistent. Repugnant!

This brush looks nice, but the bristles melted the first time I tried to clean my grill with it and left the blue plastic on my grill rack. I would not recommend this at all.

A little scared of using a wire brush on our grill since some ppl have had issues with the brushes wires coming off, getting in food, swallowed and who wants THAT?!?! I can see that happening easily so this
brush was a good substitute for the old wire brushes. It does the job & takes away the ‘what if’.
