This mitts feature a length of 14.25 in. to protect your entire arm while you work over open flames and high heat. The exterior top half of the mitt is made of silicone that is resistant to temperatures up to 450° and features a non-slip grip. The exterior bottom half of the mitt is made of heavy canvas and features a hanging loop for quick access and easy storage. The interior is lined with a soft, supple, yet durable cotton for comfort and breathability.

A: hello KH, my name is MArianne on behalf of Nexgrill. We don't recommend to wash the Silicone Grill Mitt in wash machine. You can use warm soapy water to wash them, I hope you enjoy your day!!

Used only twice, now have 2nd degree burns

If you are looking at this post, do NOT buy this oven mitt. Bought it from Home Depot last week, we used it only twice, and now my father has second degree burns on his finger. The stitching up at the top where your fingers go came unstitched, and when he went to grab the skillet, he burned it pretty bad. Not only did we not get to have dinner, but we spent the night in the hospital for burns.

They are awesome, I used them while grilling last week...

They are awesome, I used them while grilling last week for about 300 people and they were perfect for handling the hot meat and veggies. I was also able to simply throw them in the washer, along with my apron and wash them. I could have put them in the dryer with everything but I didn’t, I guess out of habit I hung them on the back of a chair to dry out naturally.
