NEVER AGAIN
Had the system DVR-BTD8-8-4P0E-2-VT3. With 6's camera model CM-DP8LSA-B. After updating to firmware DVR-BTD8-8-4POE. I lost footage for legal proceedings, and usage of microphones on all cameras. Have multiple people to verify usage of microphones before update. Technical service hase no idea other then readying a script spoke to both level one and two of there support team.

For its price it does the work. Sofware was a bit hard to set up. Home depot sold me used ones so i had to change them back. New ones work well.
