A:  Hello Kidd, Thank you for reaching out regarding this Christmas garland. There are instructions in the manual on what to do when one or more bulbs burn out over time. However, all other bulbs should still be working. -Customer Service Agent

    A:  The battery pack does include a timer, but does not include any strobing options.

      A:  It’s not as bright as it was when I first got it. I tried different batteries that were brand new and nothing.

            Lights did not work but for only two weeks and then went out. Batteries were changed to make sure but that did not help. Garland was pretty at first but a faulty product that I was hoping to keep for several years. This has been returned to Home Depot.

            I was happy to find this 9’ led lighted garland with Batteries. The lights were bright and the timer was easy to use. I had to use 6 AA Batteries. I think a timer with D batteries would last longer.
