How do the polyester cushions hold up? I've only had sunbrella in past. Are they water resistant?

AnswerThey are water resistant. We recommend storing out of direct exposure to the elements or covering with a weatherproof outdoor furniture cover when not in use.

AnswersI have no idea how the manufacturer rates the max. weight cap. of these chairs, but they seem very sturdy and we have had several guests in the 200 to 275 pound range use them and they were fine.

I absolutely love my new patio furniture. The Noble House Caldwell Teak chairs are sturdy, comfortable and look great on my patios. I purchased three sets for a total of 6 chairs and am very please with my purchase. They were easy to put together with clear and specific directions.
