Palermo Brown Leather Tufted Dining Chairs (Set of 2)

We have been looking for some nice chairs for our new Gaming/ Dining table. And after looking around almost everywhere, these chairs seem to match what we wanted. It is a good value for money, but there are some challenges. The good: 1. Chairs look great, nicely made. Overall finish and quality are good. 2. The quality of the leather is also good for the price 3. We got 8 of these chairs and it took me about 2 hours to assemble. It was easy. The bad: 1. The wood used for seating is not the best quality and softer. The legs are finished well, but I would expect the wood under the chair do not need finish, but they can at least be primed. 2. Packaging left a bit to be desired. One of the set came in a box with some extreme tape, and that has a small ding on the leg. It is on the inside corner, so you do not see it unless looking for it. 3. Chairs all have upholstery wiggly springs with two nylon straps. I would assume they will go bad with time. The ugly: 1. Quality control is ugly on these chairs. They all assembled well, but almost every chair seems to have been using a different machine or settings because the depth of the nut embedded in the wood was different. So in some cases, the nut was buried too deep and I could use only one washer instead of two to get to the nut. 2. One of the chairs was missing the velcro strap in the back (I need to get a strap and staple on it now. 3. The included hardware is of soft metal, and so do not use the drill. I started at the lowest torque setting with he first chair and yes, it stripped the bolt head. After that, I used the crappy hardware Allen wrench that was included which - took almost 2 hours to assemble and my hands hurt in the end. I was able to get the screw out and replace it.
