The Singulair system is not available through The Home Depot online store because of the varying state and local regulations in New York; however, it can be purchased from a local Norweco distributor that is familiar with the state and local codes. If need to locate your local distributor please contact Norweco's customer service department at 1-800-NORWECO. Please contact your local health department to confirm sizing requirements for your specific application. Sizing requirements are determined by state and local health officials. The Singulair technology has been in the industry for over 35 years and there are hundreds of thousands of installations worldwide.
The Spec states the system is 84 inch Height! I need to know what the measurement from the bottom...

Is the warranty voided if a non Nowerco installer installs the system?
Asked by Roberto January 18, 2020No the warranty would not be voided for this reason. Please refer to the Singulair Green Tank Delivery and Setting document that is available in the above Product Overview section. This document is located on pages 3-6 of the Installation Guide. Also review your state and local regulations to confirm the requirements for your particular application. Sometimes state and local regulations require a certified installer for installation and Norweco does require the installer to follow state and local regulations.
Will Norweco's authorized installers, install this product not bought from them??

Do I need 2 control boxes or it's either or???
Asked by AJ August 7, 2019The Singulair Green 600 GPD system requires one control center. This control center will operate the aerator that is installed in the middle chamber of the tank. The Singulair Green system includes (1) Service Pro 210P control center, (1) Model 206C aerator and (1) Bio-Kinetic system.
