I love the look of this on my counter. The programmer and clock are easy to use. The clock face glows at night. My favorite feature is the pot. When the pot is full I can pour a cup without it dribbling. Unlike my last two coffee makers pots. The warm function could be a bit warmer for me. Great temp (not scalding) you can drink black or with a powder creamer. Using a cold flavor creamer I have to heat in the microwave for 30 secs.

Unfortunately the greatness wears off at the look. I love the way it looks and fits into my home decor, but I’m on my second one in 2.5 years and the second one is starting to do the same thing the first one did. It brews, beeps like it’s done but the basket is still full of water and not dripping into the pot. I’ve tried the basket for ground that came with it and I’ve tried paper filters. So annoying. Save your money and buy a different coffee pot. :(
