Terrible product! Plastic parts inside the guts of a door knob?!!! It nearly cracked while pushing the latch into it.

This doorknob is beautiful and looks wonderful in our newly remodeled bathroom, where we replaced cabinet pulls with knobs of white porcelain and chrome. It matches really well. The doorknob is high quality, heavy and substantial. It was much more expensive than a standard metal doorknob, but I'm glad we decided to spring for it--it really completes the look. Highly recommend.

Initial shipment included an obviously defective door knob. Quality...
Initial shipment included an obviously defective door knob. Quality control should have caught that. We then had to contact them and wait another week for a replacement door knob which did arrive in good condition.
