May be better to buy locally

Just received this Positano Aqua 8x10 rug, item number 0 99446 79077 4. This is our second purchase of the same rug, these rugs are used in an enclosed lanai where they are not subjected to moisture or wind, only sun. first rug was perfect, rug was soft and laid flat on the concrete floor. The second rug was bought a few months later using the same item numbers. This second rug arrived in a rolled package that had not been folded which was good. The issues: 1) the rug has tan thread used in it and it is not the same as the first, this is important because we have them lying side-by-side. 2) the rug does have heavy creasing, likely from being rolled tightly without a cardboard core. 3) this rug is much stiffer than the first leading me to believe the creasing will not come out easily if at all (based on our previous experience with a different but similar rug from this manufacturer)

How to lay out your rug:

Place the rolled-up rug on the floor and lay flat. For rugs that don’t include a non-slip back, we recommend adding a rug pad first.

Vacuum the rug surface without a beater bar (spinning brush head) to remove shed fivers and flatten the rug further.

Flatten curled corners either by reverse rolling or placing a heavy stack of books to weigh them down. To remove creases, place a damp cloth over the creased area and gently iron over it to help relax the wrinkles.

We highly suggest getting a rug pad for your rug. This will help tremendously in avoiding curls, creases or warps as well as following the instructions above.

Barely made a full season

Received the beginning of June and had outside for our gazebo. We use the gazebo maybe 1x a week (average), no children, no large or destructive pets. I went to sweep it the other day in preparation to pack up for the Fall, and noticed it's already fallen apart. I spent $300 on this rug! It was such a lovely addition but for the money I thought for sure it would last at least 2-3 seasons.

The rug is very light weight, doesn’t lay flat. I have had now for a month and have been weighting it down with items but it still curls up. Any small gust of wind picks it up. Do not recommend.
