Visible Seams/ Corners don't Mount Flush

I installed this product back in 2011 when we did our siding. I thought it would add a splash of contrast to the siding at a lower cost to proper stone. Novik's online photos showed a seamless appearance, but I'm of the mind those pictures were photo shopped.The actual product shows all the seams making it a dead giveaway to an inferior product. The corner pieces leave massive gaps. I was forced to screw them down, silicone the screw heads and gaps then paint over those repairs. I contacted the manufacturer August; they didn't reply until November - when they did, they offered no help. They said " the blending of the joints is difficult. We will take your comments into consideration though during our product revisions in our constant strive for improvement and client satisfaction"... that's nice, but it doesn't solve my issues help with money I spent on their product What's worse, 8 years later, their design is the same. Words can't express my regrets making this purchase.
