A:  You answered the question with the first sentence, you don’t need anchors.

A:  There are a lot of different kinds of anchors. So probably any one that fits on the screw bit? This buy itself works better for me than the plastic anchors. They suck. I have metal studs so I'm unfortunately familiar. Currently I use these for coat hangers and 5 wall mounted flower pots without issue in regular drywall.

A:  Is this your first job ? it is just a screw / put it in a stud or use a toggle bolt for the ceiling .
