AnswerI suppose if you drilled a pilot hole it would work but I don't believe these are made for cement. I think someone mentioned in one of the reviews this can break if you tighten too hard (when going into a wood stud/truss). Be careful when tightening if you do try.

Plant fell from ceiling
Easy to install, but after a few hours my plant completely fell from the ceiling. The hook and screw fell off and now I have a random hole in my ceiling and a broken plant. Not to mention it took 2 hours to clean so much dirt out of my bathroom

both broke
easy to install but these hooks break very easily. the plants I hung were not heavy and 2 hooks have broken.

terrible product
Bought these to hang my planters outside on my patio. They didnt last 5 minutes outnof the package. Upon screwing the hook into the cieling the end bent and completely broke off. The idea here is nice buy the mechanics are awful. Trying to get it out is an even bigger disaster. I stripped the screw with pliers trying to remove it from the cueling. If i could give negative stars, I would.

From the 2-pack, both broke while installing. I really like the anchor, it works well, but the hook is useless.
