These suction cups suc!
I made the perch for Willy. With materials from HD too. I have nine of these holding up the perch. Willy (11 lbs) and the perch weigh about 19 lbs. I push down on them every two or three days to burp any air out. It's been about five months since attached to window. So far no failure.

Greatly superior to the other OOK 5lb suction cup hooks with the ratcheting handle. If you need suction cup hooks (for reasonable weights) these are the ones you need. They worked surprisingly well.
