The ORORO WOMEN'S MEDIUM BLACK 7.4-VOLT LITHIUM-ION HEATED FLEECE VEST WITH ONE 5.2 MAH BATTERY AND CHARGER is a useful and good-looking vest. The vest seems to be high-quality and is true-to-size. Heating is quick and evenly distributed on the lower front and back of the torso. The heating elements could be a little larger to provide greater coverage, but the fleece helps distribute the heat, so it partially mitigates the lack of full coverage. The heat is activated by a button on the left chest and there are three heat settings, indicated by different colors of lights on the button. The battery seems to have a fairly decent life, as after two-hours of use, it still showed a half-charge available. The vest comes with a small carry bag, which will hold the charger and charging cords. The charger comes with multiple plugs to allow charging in the EU, UK, South America and the US. The one drawback has to do with the battery. It weighs 8.5 ounces and fits into a zippered pouch on the left inside of the vest. When the vest is full zipped and closed, it poses a minimal issue, however when the vest is left open, the wearer easily bangs their arm into the battery, an annoying feature. Otherwise, it's a good value and practical solution for warmth. Surprised my wife with it and she really likes it.

Having both a lithium battery powered winter jacket and a lithium battery powered hoodie for my son. So when I seen this for my daughter. It was a easy decision. This soft fleece lightweight battery powered vest is a must have purchase. The chest high mounted switch has a lighted three position switch. With the three position switch has low, medium and high settings. So easy to operate. The 7.4 volt battery has a pocket inside the vest where it plugs in. The three heating elements inside the vest are located around the mid back area and above the vests pocket area. The lithium battery can also charge your cell phone. Which is a nice bonus feature. The charger and lithium battery are high quality as well as this well constructed fleece vest. Great investment for those cool michigan nights.

This is getting a lot of use while camping and at home outside by the fire pit. Very comfortable and works well even under a coat. The fully charged battery pack lasts me about 4.5 hours on the high setting. I tested the temperature on high and verified 136 degrees. That sounds really hot, but it’s comfortably warm. I’m 5’6” and wish it was a couple inches longer for a little more warmth and coverage … but it is a vest, not a full coat. Medium is 23” long from shoulder to bottom, 42” at the hips and 40” at the chest. Ororo put a lot of detailed thought into function. It’s nicely packaged in the zipped carry bag … presentation would make it a great gift. The kit includes a 110 plug for the USB connection for recharging the battery. They included two styles of international adaptors as well.

Wife absolutely loves this vest. She is always cold and our kids play outdoor sports all season. This is perfect. The vest fits true to size. She's a medium, 5'6 and it fits completely snug and true to size as expected. The vest has 3 different heat settings after the initial "pre-heat" phase. The elements are in the mid to upper back as well as front pockets area. Comes with battery pack, charger as well as other outside of U.S.A outlet connections. The battery pack not only powers the vest but can be used to charge her phone as well via another USB cable. I definitely won browny points with this item. The vest is washable but a wash bag must be used. I have been wanting one for myself made by the Black and Gold brand, or the Red brand but never got around to it. This may be the push I needed!
