A: Thank you for the question. OSI QUAD Sealant is a solvent-based product which remains flexible once cured to allow for movement with typical expansion and contraction of building materials; however, OSI QUAD MAX is more flexible once cured, although either may be used on cedar surfaces.
A: Thank you for the question. OSI QUAD Sealant can be applied between 20°F (-7°C) and 100°F (38°C). For easier extrusion of sealant at lower temperatures, store cartridge at room temperature at least 24 hours prior to use.
A: Thank you for your question. OSI QUAD Sealant can be painted once fully cured, typically in 7-14 days, depending on temperature, humidity, and depth of the sealant applied. Latex paint is recommended.
A: Thank you for your question. OSI Quad Sealant is a solvent-based product and is not recommended for interior use in occupied living areas, for safety reasons. You may visit www.ositough.com for more information on OSI QUAD Sealant.
