Back don’t line up
Back won’t line to screws! Company is near impossible to reach at this point STILL haven’t talked to anyone!!! This chair is way to expensive for this type of problems!! Someone needs to call me or it is going back!!! I have a chair in 10 pieces!

The chair is defective. The part of the seat back that is supposed to connect to the seat cushion...
The chair is defective. The part of the seat back that is supposed to connect to the seat cushion does not align. Therefore, you can’t assemble the seat. I feel ripped off, there should be some manufacturing quality control, what I received should have never been sold nor shipped out. It is very low quality and frankly a waste of my time ordering, then waiting for delivery, carrying the box up to my 3rd floor apartment, and then spending an hour trying to assemble the chair. Now I have to go through the process of returning this chair. I bought this at Home Depot relying on the brand to deliver a quality chair, but that is not what I got. It’s very disappointing.

This chair could have been nice if it was manufactured...
This chair could have been nice if it was manufactured properly & could be assembled. The pieces did not connect (later found this is a known defect from reviews on other websites). I was unable to get another chair sent & had to lug this broken one to a home depot in store to get my $ back and wait a few more weeks to get a chair that could be assembled from a retailer with better customer service

For the price, this chair is excellent. I don't know how long it will last, because I sit in it for at least 9 hours a day. I weigh about 135, so I expect it should hold up. It is very comfortable.
