Breaks within 6 months
Bought this chair Aug 2020. It is now the end of Jan 2021 and the pneumatic cylindar has failed. If I leave at the highest setting, it will hold the position okay. But I ain't that tall. Anything lower than the highest and I start to sink. Very unhappy that I splurged on this as a new desk chair and it doesn't even last a year.
I loved it until it broke. But now...now it's trash.
