The chair itself is average but the neck support is excellent. I have upper back pain so it’s really nice to rest your head on the top of the chair. Fits my back nicely.

Not a durable/ long lasting product. I see that chromium finish is peeled off and rust is showing up. The stitches on the back of the seat are torn and the cushion inside is clearly visible from outside. This is not expected from a new product. Very disappointed.
