I purchased this for Thanksgiving this year to help in the gravy making process. In the past separating the good stuff from the bad stuff was a pain. This worked beyond expectation. Simply pore the drippings into the cup, leave it sit for a minute or two and all of the fat will float to the top. Squeeze the handle and you get only the good part. Why didn't I purchase one of these sooner?
