The assembly instructions were a little vague about what went exactly where. Once fully assembled the adjustments are not working as expected; I'm still trying to get everything adjusted. The seat foam is very soft and I bottomed out immediately. I'm 210 pounds and I bought this chair because it claimed to have 3.5 inches of seat cushion to support up to 250 pounds of human. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered this chair online from Home Depot and picked it up at my local store. The chair was purchased to replace another home office chair that had rapidly deteriorated when the fake leather peeled off after two years. Assembly of the chair took approximately one hour with some help from my wife. Some of the components were heavy and required two people. Once the chair was assembled it appeared to be working fine and supported my 200 pound weight, however, the chair sat much lower than my previous office chair and the lift mechanism appeared to be faulty. The instruction manual even showed a seat slider adjustment that was not included on the chair I purchased. The seat cushion is firm and the chair has many good features. I have tried numerous times to contact Office Star Products about replacing the faulty chair mechanism but my calls and emails have not been returned. I would love to give this product four or five stars but cannot until the issues are resolved.

I own an executive suite office business center with 60 offices and 80+ workstations. I have purchased 80+ of these chairs over the last 10 years. The chairs are attractive, comfortable and duarable. Large screws to arm rests do work themselves loose over time but that's a manageable problem. This was an excellent investment.

I am a mechanical engineer, I sit sometimes all day. I need to be able to adjust the chair to different tasks as the projects progress. This chair is for me, dollar for dollar the best availble. I highly recommend it for mid size people like me. I'm 5-10 220lbs and this chair is perfect for me.

I'm a pretty picky person, especially when it comes to my chair. This chair is nice with its multi-adjust feature. Best butt pad yet, good extension to support legs. Could still use some padding though. This chairs biggest draw back is its minimal lumbar support.
