does it cone with the chain to hang it from the ceiling?

AnswersIt comes with 2 hooks as shown. Check the weight and make sure you have it hung from your ceiling joists or a support beam. I bought a length of pipe, hung the pipe from the ceiling on 2 hooks, then the pot rack from 2 hooks. Mine is for sale, beams weren't strong enough.
Is the 15.5” heigh measured from the top of the bar where the hooks attach to the bottom of the grid where the pot/pan hooks attach?

at first sight, thought I made a mistake. it is really large, nothing danty about this thing, all my neighbors and several visitors love it if you have the space, hate digging through lower cabinets , or simple storing on your stove top, then this is a must have, EASY to put together. hardest part was hanging it.
