A:  This is an oil based product. It works well with mahogany and cherry wood furniture to hide small scratches and blemishes. It is not a paint or a dye. I assume repeated uses on lighter wood might darken it. However, that is not the purpose of this product.

      Covered all lite scratches and scuffs, blended deeper scratches. Looks so much better. I have before and after picks but the app will only let me upload one, so this is the finish.
