Expextations were disappointing
Tried on multible broken/stripped screws of different types and brands. Failed to remove broken/stripped screws every time. I recommend not buying his product but instead buying higher Quality screws and drillbits in future.

The drill bit end needs to be a little longer so the extractor has a bit more depth grip the screw head. I gave it a four star since I used another drill bit to gain the depth and the extractor removed the screw without any issues.

Purchased to drill out Phillips screw in shower drain that had rounded out. Put drilling end into screw head and the piece shattered as soon as pulled the trigger on the drill. Went to next size up and it drilled the screw head ok and extractor end actually backed screw out so thought maybe just one off manufacturing error. Went to do other screw and drilled maybe 1mm and then that end was rounded off and wouldn't drill any deeper. Tried to use the other end to extract screw and it wouldn't grab. It just wore smooth. Ended up using just a carbide regular drill bit and drilling out the other screw head, won't be putting screws back in anyway. These must be for brass screws, anything harder and you might get one screw out but that's it. Would look for something else, made of better material.

Works great if your not dumb.
If you properly bore out the hole with a small bit and get it nice and groove free (so it looks like a shiny little bowl) and then use the largest possible extra tor that will fit in said bowl, turn your drills speed way down, and press hard your stripped fastner will come right out. Remeber that both the bore and the extractor are left hand threaded, so your drill will rotating to the left throughout the entire process. If you use this tool correctly it will work like a charm, if you abuse it and try to remove 6 inch lag bolts that have been rusted on for 50 years your results will suffer

I only gave 4 stars because I am not sure of the longevity of this product and it is a little pricey. I bought this kit to remove stripped screws from door hinges and it worked perfectly and way easier than I expected. Just have to remember to use with your drill in reverse for both operations.

Helped remove wood screws.
These worked reasonably well for removing wood screws from a particle board subfloor. Some screws came right out with the A side, and others you really had to work at, progressing through the different sizes and even going back to the smallest one. I bought it this morning, used it to remove 10 screws. I'm glad that I bought it, hopefully they will last.

Best set I have, works very good on broken bolt heads. Good grip on bolt, wish they were made to go into a handle for a slow turn by hand, power drill is not necessarily the most effective way to use these, really stuck bolts do best with lots of pressure and a slow turn by hand.
