13-Piece Aluminum Black Popcorn Popper Set

This setup is just what I was looking for. I was going camping with the family and wanted something more than the usual marshmallows for the camp fire. This comes with everything you need to make a little popcorn in the woods. Its totally easy to do and with the handle that extends out, they really seem to have thought of everything. Kids love figuring the whole thing out too.

This popcorn set includes everything you need for making delicious popcorn. Not recommended for use on your stove. Rather, it is designed for use at a campfire, fireplace, or your backyard fire pit or camping grill. This starter kit includes the popper which features a telescoping handle to make this easy to pack for camping trips and easy to store at home. The handle extends up to two feet so your hands stay far away from your fire/flame. The handle attaches to the lid which features quick release clasps from the pot itself. The pot is easily cleaned after use by simply wiping the interior with a paper towel. The popper creates 4 quarts of popcorn (16 cups). The kit includes classic movie theater type cardboard containers, each capable of holding 4 cups (32 ounces) of popcorn. If you fill each container, you can serve up to 4 guests with each popping and since the kit includes 8 containers, you have enough supplies for 2 rounds of popcorn. The kit also includes a sampler of 4 different seasonings: Zesty Cheddar Cheese, Classic Movie Theater, Creamy Ranch, and Buttery Jalapeno. My family liked all of these so we'll be ordering more of each. The kit includes 3 packages of "all-inclusive" popcorn, meaning you get popcorn, oil, and salt, all in a single package. Each package provides enough popcorn to make 4 quarters of popcorn. You can, of course, also buy and use your own popcorn and oil and salt to taste. It only takes about 5 minutes or so to cook the popcorn, you should move the popper around during this process to keep the materials moving inside the popper while cooking. After about 5 minutes remove from the heat (you will hear that the popping has slowed down significantly). Do not wait until all the popping has stopped or you may very well burn some of the popcorn. It is OK to leave a few unpopped seeds when finished. We enjoyed using this product - and the popcorn tasted great, especially with the different flavors provided in the kit.
