Wand quickly stops working
After a couple uses, the wand stops working. Won’t spray at all. Batteries fresh. Wand cleaned so no clogs. Can’t return because after the 90 day timeframe and no receipt.

Please ensure that the connector at the end of the hose is firmly attached to the cap by "clicking" it into place. If your bottle has a spout, please ensure that the spout is strait up. If your bottle has a twist cap, please ensure that the knob is turned to the "ON" position. It is possible that some product may have crystallized in the sprayer tip preventing the product from spraying. To combat this, please soak the sprayer tip only in warm soapy water to dislodge any residue. You may need to re-prime the sprayer and siphon tube after unclogging the tip.

Twice I made the mistake and purchased this product and no results insects stay alive just ignore the spray that barely works even after swapping the batteries!!! It’s like I’m spraying them with water. Amazing that it has and overall rating so high. Don’t waste your money

Works well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This spray works pretty well. The attached sprayer sprays evenly and thoroughly, and it was easy and fast to set up to use. It does have a little bit of a smell, but its not too strong and it does dry fairly quickly. We had a few ants getting inside and sprayed around where they were coming through. It didn't kill them instantly, but within a couple of minutes you could see them starting to die off. It's not the strongest pesticide on the market, but it does work well for inside the house where you don't want to use such strong things.

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely impressed with this product. We had some ants invading our glassed in veranda with heated floors. Well, tried some home remedies at first, then some traps with zero result. However, after ONE application of Ortho spray - not one ant in sight. Extremely, extremely effective.
Love the spraying wand - it is thin and long enough to get into all nooks and crannies. Love that you do not need to pump - it is battery operated. Set-up is minimal and very simple.
The chemical is clear and does not stain floors or carpets. Dries in about 20 minutes. Right after application there is some odor (not too horrible nor is it too strong) but it completely dissipates when everything is dry.
We have dogs and cats, so the veranda was off limits for a couple of hours for them. Just wanted to make sure that things were completely dry.
In short - terrific stuff! Easy to apply, quick to air out and very effective.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my ant problem and have sprayed it around my doors cabinets and outside of my home it seems to be working I haven't had nearly as many ants in my home they are dwindling down the more I use this spray it was super easy to assemble the hose and easy to use and it's odorless which makes a world of difference it sprays pretty far as well with the wand for those hard to reach areas.

came to my rescue!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] YIKES!! i started seeing some bugs in my kitchen at night when i turned on the light so i wanted something effective and fast acting as well as easy to use and i found it in the Ortho Home Defense Max Indoor Insect Barrier with Extended Reach Comfort Wand. I sprayed the perimeter of every room upstairs and downstairs and i haven't seen a bug since! This is the easiest and most convenient sprayer ive ever used. Its very well designed. The wand folds out easily to reach hard to get to places and lets me spray without having to bend. when im through with it i just fold it up and clip it into its own special holder that keeps it all together and compact and ready for the next use. It sprays the first time every time after its primed and I also like that its safe for children and pets when its dry. Couldnt be easier!

Works On All Kind of Bugs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ( had ) a spider and hard shell black bug problem and I can tell you Ortho Home Insect Defense Max Indoor Insect Barrier works ! I don't know exactly what the hard shell black bugs are but I had a big issue in several rooms all over the floor, on counters, and in cupboards with them. After spraying the Ortho Home Insect Barrier they started dying immediately, it took a few days after spraying before I noticed they were no longer coming into the rooms, counters, or cupboards. And spiders are no longer hanging out on my enclosed porches! Ortho Home Defense Max claims to provide long lasting, reliable pest protection for your home for up to 365 days. Even if it doesn't last that long the Extended Reach Comfort Wand, with 2X the reach makes it easy to respray at any time.
