AnswerNick, when used as directed the Ortho home Defense Max Ant, Roach & Spider is not known to stain. If you have a concern, test spray a small inconspicuous area and allow to dry before treating anywhere else.

Ants are walking all over it
I found a bunch of ants in my bedroom, so I sprayed this stuff all over. The ants are forming a line again few minutes later, and walking all over the wet spot this stuff left behind. Does not kill or prevent.

Fabulous product!
I’ve been using this against a cricket problem I have. Since the outside weather has heated up, I have had five crickets running around in my apartment, over the past month. I love that this spray shoots a stream, and I can hit the bugs from afar. There is no smell, and I hate the smell of typical bug spray. I swear by this product and am really surprised it’s been difficult to find .

Gives the bugs a drink, doesn’t seem to kill
I have lots of ants. Some sprays work. This one just seems like sugar water. Says it prevents up to 365 days. I sprayed this yesterday (and the past 7 days) and see 100s of ants using the same trail as the day before. After spraying the ants move around a lot still and I haven’t seen any die from it. Other sprays I have tried work a lot better. This is a waste
