It would be recommended to use adhesives as it will help with securing the rug in the sloped position that it is in. Any type of adhesive friendly to rubber back material.

Would this work on an outside wooden ramp to keep from slipping?
That is what I bought it for and it works well. I’m a senior and can’t afford to fall and now I feel safer and it looks good too. It was also easy to put down.

I want to put this outdoors over a slightly sloping area where I can't grow grass. Right now it's a mud pit. It would likely take two pieces and I don't want it blowing/sliding all over. Could it be secured with something like garden stakes? This is a utility area where i wouldn't put things like furniture or flower pots. TIA

I have a different artificial turf in my backyard anchored with large 4-5 in nails throughout, weighted down with the fine sand that's used for installing artificial grass. I would try one or both. This grass shown I used in a plastic tray for puppy potty training
We secured it with heavy duty stakes, but it looks nothing like real grass.
Is it flame/fire retardant?
It does not mention anything about being flame/fire retardant.The backing is 100% latex and face (grass) is 100% PP. I'm not sure what PP means.
It is a great product to help my dogs not track mud into the house and is very nice looking. I have not tried lighting it on fire though!
