I love this fence
We modified the fence from its original look, however. We cut off the tops of the rails, then screwed/nailed a capping board along the top.
It's in my front yard, in a strip or orange/pink landscaping rocks. We stained the entire fence black. Put metal caps on the end posts, and caps with lights on the two furthest ends that are alongside driveways (so neither my neighbor nor I hit the fence when pulling in or out).
It's absolutely beautiful and gets lots of compliments. It has been installed for a full year now with no issues.

Poorly constructed. The holes in one of the rails were not drilled properly and the pickets could not be inserted. Had to re-drill every hole in order to assemble. Overall quality of material was fair to poor.

There was a significant delay in getting this product. The arrival date changed after I ordered so this upset plans for building this fence. I just received the shipment which is 15- 6 foot boxes which are supposed to contain 2x4s, pickets, and all screws and hardware to make and install a 6 foot section of fence. Some boxes seemed like they have been opened and resealed. I opened three of these and found they are missing screws and hardware. Two of the boxes had 2x4s that are stained with black substance. It looks like they can be sanded but it is disappointing. Not sure what to expect from other packages. I will update this review when finished with project (if I continue.)

Great fence. Looks amazing. Making you’re own gate is the hardest part but it can be done. I had to make 2 gates. With some basic carpentry skills you’ll have no troubles. Just don’t mess it up because you’ll have to buy a whole other kit and they aren’t cheap. So take your time. Also, if your ground is un-level you might run into issues with the slats lining up. I think this fence was made to run straight and flat, but if the grade change is consistent or minor you should be fine. Used 501 natural cedar tone stain. Looks very professional. Would highly recommend this fence. Hardware that come with it is cheap however. They could at least provide you with quality screws. And the hangers are plastic. All in all very pleased.

I was wavering between 2 and 3 stars. I will say the fence looks nice. But it has a severe design flaw. Where the vertical slats fit into the horizontal pieces, there are gaps with no holes drilled to allow rainwater to drain. That means water will sit in the holes formed by the slots where the vertical slat fits in. That means that the bottom horizontal piece will rot much faster. All that has to be done is for the manufacturer to drill holes all the way through on the bottom horizontal piece so rain will drain. Secondly, the screws provided are not standard flat or Phillips' head screw tops, requiring a new drill bit for your drill. Thirdly, some of the wood slats were very poor wood with gouges, rough surfaces etc. No quality control there. These boards should have been rejected entirely. So two poor design issues (screw heads and no drain holes) and a quality issue.
