Love my new fence!
I put in 3 panels of this fence, for a bit of privacy along the street and for a backdrop for plants. Stained the pieces on all sides, pre-drilled screw holes and installed brackets with pieces laying flat to make assembly easier.

The 8' sections do not come with a backer board that are 1.5"
The backer board is closer to 2" and will not fit in standard brackets! We are having to hand trim every end and that is 32 cuts we were not planning to make, not to mention it is not looking nice on those ends. Very frustrating!!!!! Plus, I am paying these guys by the hour to install this and now I just added 2 more hours to the day.

Backer Rail Thickness
The backer rails I received were actually 1.75 inches thick. The fence can still be assembled as instructed but I can't use brackets to set the backer rails parallel to the posts. Because the backer rail thickness is thicker than most fence brackets I will have to mount the backer rails in front of the post.

It comes disassembled
To save on returns.They should do a better job pointing out that it isn't put together like the panels you see in front of the store. Makes no sense. It's much cheaper and just as easy to buy the wood from the shelves.

For that kind of money, I would’ve expected a better appearance grade of material with no long rounded edges.
