Product Overview
A simple, effective, long-lasting solution to air infiltration, FoamSealR sill plate gasket provides a seal against air leakage, moisture and insect intrusion at the juncture of the foundation wall and sill plate in new and retrofit construction. FoamSealR sill plate gasket is made of polyethylene foam, offering exceptional durability. Use also in window and door frame openings or around building sections or panels. This product should be installed in accordance with applicable building codes.

I recently purchased a portable air conditioner and there was a significant gap that released hot air back into the room I was trying to cool. This product along with some pink insulation protected my window sill from the rain and heat exchange into my room. It was easy to install for my needs and can be easily removed if needed.

Easy enough stuff to work with, but be advised, the "50 ft" is approximate. I wound up with 3 rolls that were 48'-49'6". wound up having to go back to the store when I was 6" short on the job.

I used this foam to stop wet concrete from bonding...
I used this foam to stop wet concrete from bonding to another material and it worked out great. It’s thin enough to work with and place into tight spaces. Overall great product.
