These posts were about the easiest way to replace a fence here on our farm. Easy to use and both of us able to take turns pounding them with the OZ post equipment for pounding. At the time we bought them(only about a month ago) we only bought half of what we needed due to our finances. We are now halfway finished and need 12 more of these and cannot find them available anywhere. Are you going to ever be getting more in? We need them like yesterday as we are replacing our outer perimeter fence and desperately need it complete for the safely of our dogs.

These things are awesome. I am building a 32’ x 16’ deck using these. I used the OZCO deck plates as well. This is a great system that I highly recommend. I am very happy I gave it a try. Some decent labor is involved, but less than digging holes and pouring concrete. They work very nicely and even allow for level poles on very uneven ground. I will definitely be using and recommending these again.

Boxed was shipped with tape all over looks like returned or damaged. When I opened to do my fence, i only have 4 out of 6 pcs as indicated on the box. I have to request a reship and add extra day of labor for the fence installer. What an inconvenience. Other than that great post I used this before in my backyard fence project as well. Still standing after 1 yr.

I had a relatively small job, just 3 posts to set. But the fill under my yard is full of rocks, rip-rap, and God knows what else. I was dreading trying to dig the post holes. I was skeptical of Oz-Post anchors having read several of the negative reviews, but decided to try anyway. Used the 850 model since it seemed sturdier. Rented an electric jackhammer from Home Depot. The Jackhammer is the key! It lets you direct the anchor as it goes in and you can apply torque to keep the anchor square to your fence line. The anchors drove right in. Even in my crappy ground. I had the jackhammer back to Home Depot in a little over an hour (that includes drive time both ways!) after driving in all three anchors. The posts are all up now and they are just a bit more wobbly than posts planted 3 - 4 feet in the ground, but it's acceptable for what I'm doing. I would use these again. One suggestion, though. Every Home Depot tool rental should carry the driving kit for these. It's not so great to buy the jackhammer driving bit and spacer when you will probably never use them again.

    Excellent concept executed very well
These aluminum "post holes" are really good labor savers by avoiding digging post holes. They are better in frozen ground conditions in that the frost layer does not push the posts out of the ground. Need to have strong arms to drive them in manually, or a jack hammer. Need to drill pilot holes for them when the ground is frozen - much easier than drilling large post holes. Have been using them for past two years to professionally install signs - not a single failure when used properly except for one bad batch. Manufacturer replaced whole batch plus a few more to compensate for our problems. Saves us lots of time and effort. Have well over 200 installations using them. Good product.

    Sure beats digging holes
My son had purchased these when he built a picket fence at the top of a retaining wall in back of his house. I was sold on them from that experience. When I needed to replace my 6 ft high fence around my yard, I immediately bought these. They are much easier to use than digging holes (his ground is clay and sand stone) and since the posts do not have contact with the ground, there is less chance of rot. These support my fence well. I would recommend buying the level for these. My son made his own hammer spacer, so we did not need to purchase this.

Super Fast! Super Easy! Super Strong! In a word, Super!
OZ-Posts are incredible. I used these to build a 6’ privacy fence and a deck. The deck requires the addition Foundation Plate as shown in the photo. The price of the Oz-Posts is marginally more than using traditional stone and concrete with 4x4 posts but the time and effort you save is well worth that small extra cost. You can pound them in if you want but I found using a jackhammer with the Jackhammer Driving kit (about $35.00) was the way to go. How fast is it? When I did my fence I drove 42 posts in the ground in less than 2 hours and that included lugging the jackhammer around the yard. Each post only takes about 30 seconds to drive into the ground. I drove several Oz-Posts within 15 inches from trees without any issue. How easy are they to use? The photo is of my 9-year-old daughter using the jackhammer while I used a clamp to guide the post in straight. The Foundation Plate is used for decks as it prevents the posts from sinking / settling into the ground. Once the post is in the ground all you have to do is place a 4x4 wood post in the top, level it, and screw it in. That’s it! How strong are they? Stronger than traditional wood posts in concrete, I could not wiggle or move then. Plus Oz-Post is guaranteed for 25 years! Here is the best part. Your wood 4x4 posts are not in contact with the ground which will prolong the posts life. Also, for fences, you can change out a post if needed. I have a wooded lot and sooner or later a tree will fall on my fence. I will not have to re-dig post holes! Bottom line: 1) My kids had fun helping me put them in. 2) I save time, effort, and my back. 3) I wish I invented them. What are you waiting for? Get with the times and get Oz-Posts.
