So-so Pan
The first time I used it, I cooked ribeyes, and they left a black crust in the surface that is very hard to remove. I can't scrape too hard because I don't wanna take the nonstick surface off. The only thing on the steaks was Kinder's The Blend.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. I bought the 8 and 10 inch pans. They are a lot lighter than, say, All-Clad, which I have, but these are flat and truly non-stick, which supposedly only lasts a couple of years, but I only use non-steel utensils, cook no higher than medium and store with cardboard pot separators (although these come with very nice pot protectors. I like these more than the more expensive Chantal ceramic pans that I got free with my GE Induction range (I ruined the 10" Chantal because I cooked too hot on the induction but have learned my lesson). I wish they made a 14" because I love my 14" Costco Tramontina aluminum that I use on my summerhouse gas range and would love a 14" induction friendly at my Florida condo.
