A: I would expect no difference in regard to health, they all have the newer better quality non-stick coatings that are PTFE, PFOA, APEO free.

A: Dear sb, the pans listed are all equally healthy. However, the line that we carry as the healthiest option would be the green earth pans with ceramic non-stick coating, either ZP1-20 or ZP2-20.

A: In response to the answer posted by Ozeri on May 16 said only difference does not have Eterna. I found both Models ZP4-20BR and ZP4-20 have Eterna. I can see Model ZP4-20BR have Eterna and please see below I copied from Model #ZP4-20. It says has Eterna too. I am so confused and asked the question. I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price. I bought the 8 and 10 inch pans. They are a lot lighter than, say, All-Clad, which I have, but these Ozeris have flat bottoms and are truly non-stick. Non stick supposedly only lasts a few years but I get years out of non-sticks because I only use non-steel utensils, cook no higher than medium and store with homemade cardboard pot separators (although Ozeri comes with very nice felt pan separators). I like these more than the more expensive Chantal ceramic pans that I got free with my GE Induction range. I wish Ozeri also made a 14" because I love my 14" non-stick aluminum that I use on my summerhouse gas range and would love a 14" induction friendly one at my primary place.

I have an Ozeri non stick pan which is very very good. I thought I'd get another. I thought I was buying the same one. Apparently not. This one: my first eggs was ok but the second batch stuck like crazy. Never happened with the one I have. and still doesn't no matter what i cook in it. I believe they discontinued my model, gave the new model a fancy name but it is an inferior pan.
