What is the size of the hand truck and cart size?

What is the toe plate width? Description says 1.5in which is clearly wrong.

The width is 14 inches, but the plate or toe extends out only about 7 inches. I am approximating 7 inches, because the support poles to which it is attached, take away about an inch of usable space. For more details, please refer to my review.

Didn't last two months. Holes for Cotter pin did not line up to use as hand truck. Small plastic caster wheels disintegrated after a few uses and the ball bearing fell out

Appears well made and durable. Small wheels are heavy plastic, larger wheels are pneumatic. I had to add some air to mine upon arrival. No leaks so far. Only thing to install is the axle and pneumatic wheels assembly. The wheels are kept in place using small cotton pins. They pop out over rough terrain and wheels will fall off unless the pins are bent to stay in place. Not sure that's the best design for a hand truck but it makes it is easy to put together. You convert this from 2 wheel hand cart to 4 wheel platform cart by moving handle bar and heavy duty pin. That pin stays in place very well, (I need to use a mallet to pop it out.) The finish gets a little scuffed during conversion but it doesn't bother me. Haven't tested the max capacity yet, so far have just moved huge bags of soil around. But I need new fridge soon, and I'm thinking of building another patio with heavy pavers next spring. 800 lb capacity when used as platform cart will come in handy for that. This is something I'd buy because it's quite functional and well within my limited budget.

I will have to figure out how to move one wheel into the proper position because it was attached but not in the right place. The 2 lower wheels are OK so I can use it upright, but please send directions how to loosen that pin, etc.
