PALISADE Waterproof Interlocking Wall Tiles are 100% waterproof and do not require grout, making them ideal for moist environments. PALISADE wall tiles are easily installed using tube adhesive; simply interlock the edges. No special tools or saws are required, eliminating the need for contractors. Q:I see multiple references to loctite ultimate white glue. I have found no such glue, there is only loctice ultimate construction glue but no white. What is the purpose of white Is Liquid nail fuze ok?

A: Thank you for your great question! We recommend using Loctite Powergrab Ultimate adhesive to install our panels, this typically comes out an off white/tan color. A: The company also answers this question further in the Q&A,Loctite Powergrab Ultimate to adhere your panels to your substrate. In addition, we recommend DAP Kwik Seal, or another silicone sealant, to used between the tiles interlock.

A: I used power grab Ultimate on the back 3 seperate lines (get a sausage gun, as this stuff is thick), then coated ALL the sides that interlock with clear bath/tiles silicone.

BEAUTIFUL UPGRADE TO ANY PROJECT

We bought some of these palasaide tiles to put behind our stove for a backsplash. I used musselbound tile adhesive that I had left over from a diff project. *I DID NOT follow EXACT instructions of manufacturer, I took a chance with musselbound instead of what they say to use* I also used it in my guest bathroom for behind the sink. The musselbound tile adhesive is holding up well even after a year, and a mirror drilled into it. MUCH CLEANER & EZR than using reg grout and tile. I love it!

Easy installation process and looks beautiful!

Loved the size and ease of cutting these tiles. The major problem was trying to cut trim. It broke quite often. Took 2 entire pieces to get the frame of the niche done. All in all we love the end result!

Old tub is now gorgeous shower

My husband is 80 and I am 71. Had to cut up old tub to get it out. First shower pan. Then I put concrete board, then painted all three walls with red waterproofing compound. The tile install was fairly easy but slow. Used silicon sealant in tongue and groove. Used loctite glue for cutting on wall. We put in 2 niches and 2 grab bars. Then finally put in glass sliders. My best suggestion is to make sure you remove all sealant and/or glue from front faces of tiles as you go. The shower is beautiful and we are very proud to say ‘We did it’!

Dumawall was better

This was a better product before palisade took over and changed the tile/grout lines. I used dumawall a lot.. tried palisades once… will not be using this product again
