I would not use this for a bearing wall,it’s great for repairing minor rot,if you can sister in an additional 2x for additional support it may be O.K. Bill

Can this product be used to repair small areas plywood sheathing (1' x 1') which have been water damaged?

PC Rot Terminator is made to penetrate and strengthen wood weakened and rendered porous by rot. If this describes your situation, then yes. I see no reason why sheathing would be different than any other plywood. PC-R-T is not a filler, so if you have a 1x1 hole, I would not use this product. BTW, there's a lot more PC-R-T in the package than needed to repair a small patch, but you can mix any desired amount using the same mixing ratio.

M.E.K. Methylethylkrtone will remove ANY solvent based substance once cured. Read warning label and take health precautions.
