No intallation instructions were included, though the box claims differently. No problem, I thought, I’ll just go to their website, and indeed their website says all the installation instructions are now online. Unfortunately they are not. There is no search feature by product number. The only instructionsl video for gates was for a different gate. Soooo, I guess I’ll figure it out the old fashioned way...just do it snd see what happens. I’m not very happy about this. I’ve sent a request to their help desk, but I guess they take the weekend off. If I owned the help desk for do-it-yourself I would definitely staff it on weekends.

These are really nice gates, and fit my needs perfectly. I needed them for my pool area, to meet code, etc. They were delivered in good condition, were easy to install, and they look nice and work perfectly. I like that they are lightweight, which in my experience means they won't end up sagging or misaligning. The automatic closing works well and the top thing you push down to open it works fine too... I just have to get used to it a little, because I'm short and always seem to have my hands full of stuff. I ordered 3 of these and one came with one of the post caps missing the part that makes it clip in... I contacted Home Depot, which did a conference call with the manufacturer, and they are sending me a replacement post cap without me having to return the entire gate and wait for a new one. Great experience, very nice product, excellent customer service.
