This is a really poorly designed product. The instructions are difficult to understand and the pix quality poor. I installed it fine but the dang stopper does not move up and down. I don’t want to hear sorry for reviews you are having trouble how about get a design team that knows what they are doing. As you can see the water when I go to get it connected I can tell will leak

Cheap plastic easy to cross thread and ruin. Magnetic connection is weak and sloppy. In constant need of adjustment.

Hello Customer, Sorry to hear this - we would appreciate if you can contact us at email@example.com so we can better understand the issue - not sure what threads you are referring to as being cross threaded - the threaded ball rod is made of steel.
We have 5 of these installed, and we have a mold problem in all of the sink drains. There is no other product we have tried that will allow us to clean the drains as easily as does the magnetic stopper. We have had problems with the nut on the down tube. It is plastic and after a year or so the treads no longer hold. However a phone call the the sales people and they kindly sent us some new nuts.
