Yes (I got this from the manufacturer) it can be used on both interior and exterior. If used on the interior they recommend using two coats of Cetol BL Interior Clear to seal the surface.

drying time before rain hits

Shirley, give this product a day to dry before a rain. I would give it 3 days before foot traffic and a week before putting furniture on it. I hope this helps.

Is this a simulated Teak color or is it used to stain and protect Teak wood?

Is this a simulated Teak color for use on treated wood (decks, fences, etc.) or is it a wood finish to stain and protect Teak wood?

RE is reduced emmisions. Lower VOC and not as good as the original finish.
