works great
I have only buffed 2 cars so far but it seems to holding up and does what it was designed for! It even came with extra brushes and velcro attachment for sanding pads and buffing pads!

ONLY one speed, fast!
The sander/polisher has only one speed. You can turn the speed dial all you want and the speed only stays fast. I believe "Quality Control" is missing! Just turning the switch on and varying the speed would of told them it wasn't working!
There is an 1-888-287-6981 to call but NO ONE answers! Called during the week, business hours but still get the same recorded message "CALL after 08:00 central time". Still no answer!
A "RED" post card size message on the sander/polisher saying do not return to store! Now how in the world am I able to exchange the sander/polisher?

fair for the price point
The polisher is good for what it is, however the handle is a pain to install and keeps loosening up with use which is problematic. It does an okay job for the price point and construction of the tool itself.

Bad Purchase
Buffer switch/trigger broke after first use. Spend the money and get a Milwaukee they will last.

Ordered this sander to sand down and polish surfboards by kerf boards and it works great! Couldn't be happier and my boards are looking fun and shiny.

Worth The Money
I have been detailing cars since I was 12 years old (now 48). I have used a Milwaukee Wheel that is older than me. I replaced it with this machine and I am very pleased. The variable speed is a great option. It has a spindle lock for easy changes of pads. Set it up with the included velcro backed disc and purchase yourself a velcro backed wool pad to compliment the included foam pad. You can use the included tie-ons, but these are cheap and the strings are an annoyance. This product is worth the money!

Good Product
The sander/polisher was as described and it has performed as expected. As I use it more I'm sure I will gain a better appreciation or will find any faults. So far so good.
