AnswersThe fixture has many integrated LED chips (not a bulb) that are designed to last at bright-output for a minimum of 50,000 hours (equivalent to 45 years at 3 hours a day of operation, or 14 years at 10 hours a day). After that time, the light output fades more, and the whole fixture would need to be replaced, but during its life, you will never need to replace a bulb or the LED chips inside.

Easy installation of new Probrite 5000 lumens area light- I am replacing an old 150 watt metal halide light in parking lot. Really happy with this light -- easy installation swapping out an pipe arm mounted fixture. Probrite light made to be mounted on a wood pole, on a wall or on a pipe mount. Easy installation, easy wiring. Dusk to dawn sensor is replaceable. Electric bill saving - old 150 watt fixture replaced with this 40 watt led-- more light-@ 25% of electric usage of old fixture. At 4000K this is a nice light color that lights up the area I believe better than my old fixture. Probrite is well made of die cast aluminum. If you wish you also can make it controllable by a switch if you don't want it on every night or all night. .

Looks great and really throws out good light. Over the years I have had a couple of different lights on the side of my pole barn, but none like this one. Pretty heavy duty , good color and we'll made. I installed this light in the spot of an older led, boy what a difference it has made, lights up the entire area, at least 50 feet away from its mount. It is up 30 feet high. Good instructions and hardware for multiple ways to mount it. I chose to direct mount it. It is made with quality materials that should last many years

I replaced two 1600 lumens CFLs with this unit and my garage is flooded with better directed light. Took all of about 15 minutes. The designer knew that the installer would only have two hands and incorporated a way to suspend it while making the electrical connections. Way to go ! This is a commercial duty unit. I'd like to see it a bit less expensive for the homeowner but think the cost can be justified if it never has to be touched again.

This is a led fixture, it uses 20 watts and is built as a replacement for a 70 watt metal halide bulb and has a 50,000 life span
has 2200 lumins at 4000 K and can be ceiling or wall mounted.
it has a standard 3 wire connection and is not designed to be used with a dimmer.
includes instructions in english and has a 5 year warranty.
it ha a suggested mounting height of 8 - 15 feet.

Replaced a high pressure sodium fixture in my barn. Much more light for a reduced electricity cost was one of the reasons to go with an LED fixture. Installed last month. The light is focused downward but the amount of light that radiates out is greater than the amount of light radiated by the old fixture, and directly under the light, it is VERY bright.
