Is this a complete water/ bug proof product?

Asked by Steve December 10, 2018Hello Steve, at 16 feet high, depending on how bright you want the ground illuminated you are looking at 80-96 ft circular diameter (at a ground brightness of 0.2-0.1 foot-candles).
