Mine have not bloomed yet. The plant name implies it is and it states "FRAGRANT". I also hope they are and will update my review in the spring. I planted 15 total.

Would these plants survive Las Vegas heat with plenty of water ( 120 degree summers ) ?

I’m sure it could as long as you tend to it. I’m thinking maybe you could put it in partial sun due to the extreme heat there. Where as in Seattle, I planted in full.

A local nursery told me that this is the only lilac that will grow well in the panhandle of Florida. I ordered six from HD in August that planted well and I purchased 9 more 2 months later and they planted well too. They lost their leaves within a couple days of arriving but recovered well. See photos. We will see how they do next spring and I will update this review.

Planted in the heat of summer.... kept them under the sprinklers in the yard for a week. Planted per the directions a week ago - they appear to be thriving, no transplant shock that I can tell.

I believe they dug this one out of the garbage, covered in blight and all but dead. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.
