Hi Kim, Thank you for your question. We recommend planting in a container that is a few inches wider than the current plant size. After a few years, the plant will need to be re-planted in the ground because of the mature size If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact us here at Proven Winners Direct (734) 654-7485 or helpdesk@provenwinnersdirect.com Best Regards, Shae

DO NOT BUY! I've had my 4 plants going on 5 years and they never ONCE flowered! I ripped one up last month and I'm waiting for spring the rip the rest up. What a total waste. And the company's unprofessional. They have gone after my prior bad review. Home Depot, you should NOT offer their brand!

Who knows. It's flower resistant! I've had 3 of these plants for 2 years and not one single flower. It dies off in the winter and looks like sticks. Don't waste your money.

Looks to be good, the foliage is more like a really dark grey greenish looking color, No blooms. I didn’t get a tag with this shrub, it would of been helpful if it required special care on how to plant it

Size matters! One star off for size.
The plant arrived healthy and in great condition. It was a lot smaller than I anticipated. But again it was healthy well wrapped no damage so I am excited to see what it does once it's put in the ground.

I purchased two of these online and I'll be honest, my expectations for shrubs that price and shipped to my home wasn't very high. However, I was very pleased with these. They were both very green and healthy, albeit not very big (about 6" x 6"). I've had them for a couple weeks now, and they are still beautiful and green. They never did that initial droop plants sometimes do when you first put them in the ground. I would definitely purchase these again!

I bought 4 of these bushes. I was disappointed in the way they crammed all 4 into one box. One of the little bushes had damage and was a bit smaller than the others. They do arrive "Sleeping", so don't let the twigs fool you. After about a month, they were full of leaves. See my photo. I can't wait for them to flower. I'm guessing that'll be for next season. I would have given 5 stars if they weren't shipped so poorly. And it's also too soon to tell how well they'll flower and live up to the Texas heat.

A nice, hardy plant with bright blooms that change color
This is a very nice plant that bloomed quickly. It's a one gallon plant, so it's a good size and fills up a flower bed nicely. I planted it at the end of May and had white blooms by mid June. Now, in early July, the white blooms are beginning to transition to pink. The slow color change is very nice. My neighbor actually asked if they were fake, they are so attractive. They have sturdy stems and bright, beautiful blooms. I have terrible soil - mistly clay around my house. These hydrangeas are doing quite well despite that.

Good looking hydrangea
The plant that I have received looked super healthy and was larger than I was expecting. It came in the Proven Winner trademark box. This hydrangea has lots of buds and I cannot wait for it to bloom. I really like hydrangea as they are low maintenance flower plants while producing flowers that really enhance my front yard. Very happy with this delivery. Highly recommend.
