I have great water pressure in my house so I know that will be a question you ask. I can’t get the spray patterns to work all together.
The diverter, located on the shower arm, can be toggled between two functions to utilize the showerhead and handshower at the same time.
Does the showerhead swivel/move up and down, left and right?
Yes.
Yes, the showerhead is connected on a swivel joint and can be angled at your desired location.
Can you turn on the water to the shower head and the handheld separately? Where it the button/toggle for that?
Yes. Each head has an on/off switch and an adjustment knob
Yes, there is a knob that can be turned to direct the water to the handheld only. The knob is located at the top of the shower head line where the handheld line connects
Does this shower head comes with the shower valve and handle?
No. This shower system is a showerhead replacement only, it does not come with a mixing valve. We recommend the PULSE Tru-Temp Pressure Balance Mixing Valve in Chrome to match the finish of the shower system (Model# 3001-RIV-PB-CH).
Can an extended arm be installed?
It’s awesome but wish the pressure was stronger on some of settings
No. An extended arm will interfere with the diverter on the system.
Can both be used at the same time, with good pressure? (of course depends on your house, but besides that)
Yes, depending on your homes water pressure you may be able to toggle the diverter between functions and use both at the same time.
Can this product be installed on extended adjustable shower arm?
The PowerShot Shower System must be installed with the shower arm it comes with due to the diverter connection.

This showerhead is has a flow rate of 2.5 GPM and has good water pressure, keep in mind the pressure varies based off of your homes water pressure as with all showerheads. The handheld dock is mounted by industrial glue that is provided.
